After adding all participants you will be taken to the registration start page. If you have multiple participants please register them one at a time.

Each participant will be listed with the programs that are available to them based on the division. The base price for the program is shown and does not include the $17.50 AYSO National Membership Fee which will be added to the final payment later. The base price also does not include any early bird discounts if applicable.

First click the +Register button next to the participant and program for which you wish to register, then click Continue.



Fill out the rest of the information on the registration form. Fields with a * indicate they are required. Please note the following on the registration form:

1. The first section is the emergency contact. Although this will be pre-populated with the primary account holder's information we suggest you enter the name and phone number of someone else in case a parent cannot be reached.

2. Unfortunately you will need to enter the mailing address again (this bug has been reported to the vendor and hopefully will be fixed soon).

3. Unless your child needs an unusual size of uniform you may ignore the Uniform Size, Jersey Size, and Shorts Size fields (sorry, we don't know the difference between Uniform Size and Jersey Size either).

4. In the Physical conditions of which the staff should be aware question, if your child has no health issues the coach or staff should know about then please leave this field blank. Entering anything else in the field will result in a "Yes" being printed on the registration forms.

After filling in all of the information click Continue. You will then need to perform the eSignature. Click the Click Here to eSign Form button and the registration form will appear.



The "Parent/Athlete Concussion Information Sheet" may not be done electronically. You will need to print this out and both the player and parent need to sign it later.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Continue to Review. Confirm that the information is correct, then scroll to the bottom again and click Submit signed player registration". When this is complete you will be given the opportunity to volunteer. Then you will proceed to the payment portion where you may pay be credit card only. If you will be paying by cash or check then you should stop here. You must then mail in your payment or attend one of our walk-in events to pay and finish registration.

After completing payment you can print out your completed player application. Return to the main My Account page. The registered participants will be listed with an option to view/print the form. Please print out the forms, sign the concussion form, and bring to one of our walk-in events. Or mail in the completed forms.
