Teams are expected to perform various functions to help support our region and help prepare for game play on the weekend. Each team will be assigned a shift for the following duties. It is expected that 4-5 volunteers from each team come out on the assigned date and time to help with the following.

Friday Field Setup, 4:30pm - Set out red trash cans and blue recycling cans with lids, set out cones in the parking lot, put up banners, put out yard signs (Kid Zone/No Pets).
Saturday Field Setup, 7:00am - Put out nets and flags on fields, put out ladders on 12UB, 12UG, and 14U fields, set up canopies, put out informational board, set up cones on Pine St.
Saturday Playground Setup, 7:15am - Set up mini fields, set out cones and BowNets, lay out obstacles.
Saturday Day Hospitality, 7:30am - 1:30pm - Provide directions, give elderly a lift to a field, monitor volunteer parking. This is to be done in 1 1/2 to 2 hour shifts. Coaches/team parent will need to assign shifts to their families to ensure that the whole day between 7:30am - 1:30pm is covered.
Saturday Field Take Down, 2:00pm - Bring in trash and recycle cans, bring in nets, flags, and ladders, pick up cones in parking lot and along Pine Street, take down banners, yard signs, canopies, bring in coolers.
