Refund Policy

Please Note:

• Extenuating Circumstances: Refunds will be issued after the initial cutoff date of July 15 and prior to team formation only for extenuating circumstances, such as a player moving out of area prior to the start of the season or an injury that would prevent the player from continuing.
  
  
• Once teams formation begins August 16, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and refunds may not include uniform costs. 
  
  
• Refund requests related to team assignment (e.g. practice time or location) will not be considered.
  
  
• In cases where a player is unable to be placed on a team (e.g. not enough coaches, not enough players in the division) a full refund will be issued.
  
  
• Credit Card Processing Fees are not refundable without exception. 
  
  
• The AYSO National Membership Fee is not refundable without exception as per the AYSO National Office.

1. Create an account (show help page) or log in to an existing account. DO NOT REGISTER IN EAYSO.
   
   Please create only one account per family. An additional adult (spouse, grandparent) may be added during the account creation process or later to indicate the second parent or guardian.
   
   If you are a returning volunteer, please make sure your first and last name and date of birth are EXACTLY the same as you entered in eAYSO in previous years. This will ensure that the system can match to your original account, use the same AYSO ID, and retrieve any certifications.
   
   
2. Add participants / players (show help page)
   
   For returning players please enter the first and last name and date of birth EXACTLY as is was entered in eAYSO in previous years.
   
   All players will need to load a copy of the birth certificate.
   
   
3. Register for the 2024 Fall Core program (show help page)
   
   You must use an electronic signature (eSign) to indicate that you accept all agreements.
   
   The registration fee is $165 per player for 6U - 14U, $70 for Playground, and $145 for 16U and 18U/19U. A $10 sibling discount will be applied for each additional player registered. An additional $25.00 AYSO National registration fee will be added to your order at checkout.
   
   Credit card payments can be made on-line. 
   

AYSO uses a school-year age matrix with an August 1 cutoff to determine player divisions, aligning with U.S. Soccer and other major youth soccer organizations.

Under this model, a player’s division is based on their age during the school-year timeframe of August 1 through July 31.

For Example: A player who is 5 years old on August 1 will play in the 6U division for that Fall season.

This age group cutoff aligns soccer age groups with school-year peers, helping more players participate and stay in the game with their classmates and friends.

To help determine the appropriate division for your child, please refer to the age chart below, which follows U.S. Soccer school-year guidelines.

At registration, players will automatically be eligible for the appropriate division. The following chart is provided for your reference.
